Title: Senior Business Consultant Hybrid Contract
Location: Richardson, TX (Local Candidates Only)
Type: 3 6+ Month Contract (Hybrid 3 Days Onsite, 2 Days Remote)
Overview:
We re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Business Consultant to join our team during a high-volume period. You ll play a key role in supporting our quoting operations reviewing RFPs, ensuring timely delivery, and collaborating with internal teams to gather and validate data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process RFPs with accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and other internal teams to collect required information.
- Prioritize multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across departments.
- Identify process improvements and help drive operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience:
- BS degree and 5+ years in a Senior Business Consultant or related role.
- 3+ years in quoting, sales, operations, pricing support, or administrative roles.
- Health insurance industry experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio).
