Pay Range:$42000-$60000/Yrs
Description
Provide on-site technical assistance for the office location.
Act as a key contact for hardware, software, and network support.
Ensure smooth IT operations on a daily basis.
Collaborate with employees, IT teams, and vendors to troubleshoot issues.
Implement system updates and maintain IT infrastructure.
Collaborate with other IT departments to support the location.
Deliver excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Provide tier II technical support for computers, mobile devices, and printers.
Serve as the primary on-site IT support for high-priority issues.
Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all IT assets.
Support cybersecurity policies and ensure compliance with corporate IT standards.
Assist with infrastructure-related issues involving servers and networks.
Understand and support business systems used by the location.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
