Compensation
Pay Range:$110000-$190000/Yrs

Description:
* Lead technical projects within an engineering team.
* Contribute to the design and coding of products.
* Ensure software meets extensibility, security, scalability, and reliability standards.
* Drive technical decision-making and lead conversations with other teams.
* Coach junior team members and delegate projects for skill development.

Key Responsibilities:
* Scope and lead technical projects.
* Contribute to the design and coding of software products.
* Ensure software reliability and adherence to SLAs.
* Facilitate technical discussions and decision-making.
* Mentor junior engineers and delegate tasks for growth.

Qualifications:
* Experience implementing complex software projects in various environments.
* Significant experience designing impactful systems.
* Experience with at least one cloud provider.
* Skilled in gathering and synthesizing user feedback.
* Effective in giving and receiving constructive feedback.
* Work well across functions and trusted by colleagues.
* Comfortable working in ambiguous problem spaces.
