Qualifications

  • 12 or more years of relevant work experience with a bachelor s degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD)

Of which:

  • 8+ years in progressively responsible roles focused on HR , Compliance, audit, or risk management, in a financial services environment
  • Last 2+ years in Talent Acquisition or Talent Acquisition Compliance role
  • Experience in driving results in a public multinational corporation
    Qualities:
  • Highly ethical and of sound personal judgment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to create strong working relationships across the business and persuasively communicate with multiple levels of management
  • Confidence to act independently as a self-starter
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
