Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow QA Manager to lead quality assurance strategy, testing execution, and continuous improvement for ServiceNow platform implementations. The ideal candidate will manage QA teams, define test frameworks, and ensure high-quality delivery across ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom applications.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform testing

In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules: ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, HRSD, CSM

Experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF)

Expertise in test management tools (e.g., ADO, Jira, TestRail, ALM)

Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum and DevOps QA practices

Experience testing integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, third-party systems)

Strong leadership, stakeholder communication, and team management skills

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation abilities
