Business Analyst (BA) OPT/USCEAD Only (W2)

We are looking for candidates (Immediate joiner) for the following role:

Position: Business Analyst (BA) OPT Candidates
Location: King of Prussia, PA, USA
Experience: 2 3 years
Eligibility:

OPT/CPT candidates (entry level candidates in Business, IT, or related fields)
U.S. Citizens / s
Immediate availability preferred
Key Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and functional requirements
Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA teams for solution delivery
Support SDLC/Agile projects, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT
Prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation for management review
Skills Required:

Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies
Knowledge of tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, Visio, or Tableau
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Ability to work with cross-functional teams
