SAP FICO Functional Consultant / Tester

Job Description

We are seeking experienced SAP FICO Functional Consultants with strong Testing expertise to join our client project based in Tallahassee, Florida. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in SAP Finance and Controlling area, extensive experience with QA/testing processes, and the ability to lead Functional, End-to-End, and UAT testing cycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a SAP CRM Functional Consultant with a focus on quality assurance and testing.
• Lead execution of Functional, End-to-End, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles.
• Create, maintain, and execute ALM Test Scripts based on business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into clear, testable scopes and processes.
• Identify, create, and manage test data for realistic and repeatable scenarios.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to validate functional and integration workflows.
• Provide detailed defect analysis, triage, and support resolution.
• Ensure all test deliverables meet quality and compliance standards.

Experience

• 12+ years of QA experience on SAP FICO projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP FICO Functional processes and configurations.
• Hands-on experience with ALM / HP ALM (writing and managing test scripts).
• Proven ability to lead Functional, E2E, and UAT testing phases.
• Experience translating business requirements into test cases and scenarios.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Preferred: Experience with Automation Testing tools and frameworks.
