Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to lead complex technology projects from initiation through closure. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams and leaders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, a sense of urgency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed environment. This role requires technical acumen, problem-solving ability, and experience with change management and cybersecurity awareness.
Responsibilities include:- Hosting kickoff meetings and developing work breakdown structures (WBS)
- Leading cross-functional teams and managing dependencies
- Tracking progress, resolving issues, and escalating when needed
- Performing quality checks and managing scope changes
- Monitoring budgets and implementing risk mitigation strategies
- Communicating with stakeholders and simplifying complex messaging
- Coaching team members and fostering collaboration
Preferred Certifications:- PMP, CAPM, or CSM
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban
- Information Security certification is a plus

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $62.10 - $65.15/hr.
