About the Role

We re looking for a Technical Product Analyst to support the planning, documentation, and execution of technical initiatives that span across analytics, data infrastructure, and internal tooling. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable operating at the intersection of engineering, analytics, and product translating high-level goals into structured documentation, detailed tasks, and measurable outcomes.

You ll help scope and shape initiatives by writing PRDs, drafting design doc outlines, defining epics and tasks, and identifying dependencies. You'll also leverage your analytical skills to ensure initiatives are backed by data and measured effectively.

Job Description

Partner with product, engineering, and analytics teams to develop clear and actionable PRDs, technical documentation, and initiative outlines.

  • Participate in on-call rotations to support live product debugging and incident resolution, following standard on-call procedures and escalation protocols.

Break down ambiguous problem spaces into well-defined epics, tasks, and milestones aligned with team priorities.

Conduct data-driven analysis to support initiative scoping, identify opportunities, and define success metrics.

Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by ensuring alignment on scope, ownership, and timelines for key projects.

Identify risks, blockers, and technical gaps, and proactively communicate mitigation plans to stakeholders. Collaborate with engineering teams to draft and maintain internal documentation, ensuring systems and decisions are well-understood and traceable.

Track and report on the progress of ongoing programs, leveraging dashboards, written updates, and metrics reviews.

Required Skills

2 5 years of experience in product analytics, technical program/project management, or a related field.

Strong understanding of analytics tools and data structures (e.g., SQL, dbt, Looker, or similar).

Experience writing clear, structured documentation including PRDs, project specs, and technical notes.

Comfortable working with engineering teams and technical concepts, even if not coding day-to-day.

Highly organized, systems thinker with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Experience using tools like Jira and Confluence for project and documentation management.

Bonus Skills

Background in analytics engineering or technical writing.

Experience in an agile/SCRUM environment. Familiarity with logging, monitoring, or internal platform tooling.
