Job Details
Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Finance Systems Support Manager to lead support and optimization efforts across their Accounts Payable (AP) and Procurement operations. This position will report directly to senior leadership within the Finance & Accounting team and will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth functioning, integration, and enhancement of Coupa modules enterprise-wide.
The ideal candidate will bring deep hands-on Coupa experience, strong functional and technical expertise, and a passion for process improvement and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coupa Module Leadership:
- Serve as the primary support lead for Coupa modules including Requests, Orders, Invoices, Sourcing, Suppliers (CRA, SIM), Contracts, and Analytics. Provide consistent end-user support and ensure reliable system operation.
- System Optimization:
- Identify, propose, and implement improvements to streamline AP and procurement workflows, enhance user experience, and support broader digital transformation initiatives.
- Platform Management:
- Maintain system configurations, manage Coupa release updates, and ensure stability and performance across the platform.
- End-User Support & Enablement:
- Act as the go-to Coupa subject matter expert. Resolve user issues, respond to support inquiries, and lead training initiatives to drive adoption and effective system usage.
- Vendor Coordination:
- Interface with Coupa and third-party support vendors. Manage ticket escalations, prioritize workloads, and oversee adherence to support SLAs.
- Integration Oversight:
- Collaborate closely with IT, ERP, and InfoSec teams to ensure Coupa s successful integration with Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations, ensuring alignment and data integrity.
- Reporting & Analytics:
- Develop and manage Coupa reports and dashboards that deliver actionable insights to stakeholders in AP and Procurement.
- Compliance & Documentation:
- Maintain thorough documentation of configurations, workflows, and process standards. Ensure alignment with corporate controls and compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience managing or administering Coupa in a mid-to-large enterprise environment.
- Coupa certification preferred, with deep familiarity across procurement and AP modules.
- Proven track record in managing Coupa configurations, updates, and technical issue resolution.
- Strong understanding of AP and procurement processes, including digital transformation best practices.
- Experience integrating Coupa with Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations is highly desirable.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and technical troubleshooting capabilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to bridge business and technical teams.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven, with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
