Title: Application Programmer

Location:Charlotte,NC
Employment Type: Contract

Compensation
Pay Range:$46.55-$64.40/Hrs

Description
Analyze, design, and develop applications integrating with existing business components.
Enhance and support applications using established processes and frameworks.
Coordinate with business stakeholders to understand and implement new project requirements.
Communicate work progress regularly with management to identify and resolve issues early.
Apply business process knowledge to assigned tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and support new and existing project requirements.
Analyze application and process issues comprehensively.
Communicate and coordinate with customer-facing support teams.
Guide multiple technology team members both onsite and offshore.
Gather and interpret data requirements and develop solutions.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
7 years of software development experience.
Strong experience in complex query programming and software design.
Proven track record in project delivery in an Agile environment.
Excellent organization and team skills.
Ability to communicate effectively across varied areas including technology, business, and leadership.
