Expert understanding of Salesforce metadata architecture, Salesforce DX, unlocked packages, modular development, and multi-org release patterns.
Proven experience leading CI/CD design sessions with enterprise clients and translating business needs into architectural decisions.
Demonstrated ability to scale CI/CD frameworks and enforce release governance across multiple teams.
Strong communication, documentation, and leadership skills with the ability to guide both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
