Senior Software Developer
The Software Developer Senior must have extensive experience leading/contributing to design, development, and administration on Salesforce platform projects from end to end including identifying and using OOTB marketplace plugins rather than develop code. Software Developer Senior works closely with Product Owner, IT Federal Project Manager (FPM), and Federal Technical and other stakeholders to fully understand the functional and technical requirements in case management; actively participates and provides inputs in major design decisions working with Architects; works with Business Analysts, SME s, system owners, customers and end-users to understand their mission, current architecture, security requirements and deliverables; works with the team to build a design (including data/object & process models) that will scale to meet evolving, enterprise, and future state needs with a focus on the project release goals; designs and develops the system to set the standard for future development, craft an architecture that smoothly works with existing infrastructure without compromising security; identifies and introduces new opportunities to build platform-based solutions to help the users meet their toughest challenges. Software Developer Senior must demonstrate experience identifying marketplace plugins and/or designing/developing custom connectors as needed. Software Developer Senior must demonstrate experience designing, implementing, integrating Salesforce with federal systems (on-premises, cloud), and demonstrates experience delivering Salesforce solutions that comply with all federal standards such as security, section 508.
Software Developer Senior must have master s degree with five (5) plus years (with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce) of hands-on full stack experience as team lead supporting architects, leading teams, and
developing solutions using agile/SAFe methodologies preferably in federal space. Must have a combination of Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Architect, Salesforce Consultant certifications and or demonstrate equivalent experience. Must have Agile/SAFe, and other related developer certifications and or demonstrate equivalent experience.
