About this Position:

Job Title: Network Technician

DAILY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage help desk tickets for network issues, account onboarding/offboarding, and infrastructure incidents.

  • Provide on-call support every 3 weeks for critical and escalated site issues.

  • Assist with network rollouts, upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.

  • Maintain documentation and inventory of network assets.

  • Support Microsoft administration tasks (Entra ID, Group Policy, Microsoft 365).

  • Perform basic Windows Server maintenance, monitoring, and patch management.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 5 Years of experience with Microsoft Entra ID and general Microsoft administration.

  • 5 years of experience with Windows Server environments.

  • 10 years of experience in troubleshooting skills in networking (wired/wireless).

  • 5+ years experience responding to help desk requests via ticketing system.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred skills:

  • Experience with Deskpro ticketing system.

  • Experience with Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy.

  • Experience with RuckBrocade network switches.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's Degree. May sub for equivalent experience.
