Job Details

Key Responsibilities :
  • Provide technical & functional support for PredictSpring POS and similar modern platforms (e.g., Jumpminds, NewStore).

  • Troubleshoot production issues, API failures, sync disruptions, and ensure SLA adherence.

  • Work with integrations such as Adyen, Verifone, Oracle Retail, and Taxware.

  • Monitor and optimize system performance, participate in deployments and 24/7 support rotation.

  • Perform root cause analysis and apply long-term solutions.

Required Skills :
  • 10 15 years of IT experience supporting omnichannel retail platforms.

  • 6+ months working with PredictSpring or similar POS platforms.

  • Strong understanding of SaaS and MACH architecture (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, Headless).

  • Excellent troubleshooting and production support experience.

  • Clear communication skills and prior client-facing experience.

  • PredictSpring implementation or migration experience.

  • Experience in system tuning, monitoring, and performance optimization.
