Provide technical & functional support for PredictSpring POS and similar modern platforms (e.g., Jumpminds, NewStore).

Troubleshoot production issues, API failures, sync disruptions, and ensure SLA adherence.

Work with integrations such as Adyen, Verifone, Oracle Retail, and Taxware.

Monitor and optimize system performance, participate in deployments and 24/7 support rotation.

Perform root cause analysis and apply long-term solutions.

10 15 years of IT experience supporting omnichannel retail platforms.

6+ months working with PredictSpring or similar POS platforms.
-
Strong understanding of SaaS and MACH architecture (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, Headless).

Excellent troubleshooting and production support experience.
-
Clear communication skills and prior client-facing experience.
-
PredictSpring implementation or migration experience.
-
Experience in system tuning, monitoring, and performance optimization.
