Job Title: Varicent Incentive Business Analyst
Employment Type: Contract to Hire
Location: Atlanta, GA
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Varicent Incentive Business Analyst to support the design, implementation, and optimization of incentive compensation solutions using Varicent ICM. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Sales Performance Management (SPM) business processes, and excellent analytical skills. Additionally, they will have hands on familiarity with Presenter Adaptive reporting. Ability to understand and configure complex compensation plans, calculations, rules, webforms and reports. Gathers business requirements, manages the requirements change process throughout the project lifecycle, definition of functional specifications and lead the deployment of the new business processes and of the IT solution developed to support them. The lead will make sure all defined requirements are properly tested/delivered.
Requirements
3 - 5 years IT Experience
Strong knowledge of Sales Incentive Compensation Management (SPM) business processes.
Strong understanding of Presenter Adaptive reporting
Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements for incentive compensation solutions.
Ability to configure and maintain Varicent ICM software applications.
Proficiency in designing and updating Varicent models to reflect changes in compensation plans.
Experience in building and validating reports for incentive compensation metrics.
Strong collaboration skills to work with HR, Finance, and Sales Operations teams.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Advanced proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts.
Ability to audit and validate incentive compensation plans and payout calculations.
Experience supporting monthly payout processing and related operational tasks.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Experience in defining and executing IT testing plans for incentive systems.
