Compensation Overview
The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

What Is the Opportunity?
As a member of Engineering Enablement, you will be joining a strategic and collaborative team that is passionate about enhancing the engineering experience and unifying the engineering community on common strategies. As a Delivery Lead, we will look to you to:

- Coordinate cross-team initiatives to enable the engineering community

- Identify and execute on opportunities to enhance visibility, consistency, and collaboration

- Manage reverse demand

- Support audit events to ensure compliance and efficiency

- Oversee contract management and financials

What Will You Do?
  • Participate in Program Increment planning to ensure work is included in Program Increment plans and capacity is allocated for technical needs and unknowns.
  • Collaborate with circle leadership, product owners, engineering, and enterprise stakeholders to manage reverse demand, incidents, and change activities.
  • Establish feedback loops by conducting cross-team reviews and engaging all key stakeholders to enhance learning cycles.
  • Improve education and engagement for engineers and stakeholders by organizing delivery plans and educational activities.
  • Coordinate audit events and documentation, including quarterly SOX certifications.
  • Manage contracts and financials, including chargeback procedures.
  • Drive improvement through multi-team retrospectives, metrics, and assessment analysis.
  • Escalate and track risks to eliminate systemic waste and improve the flow of value.
  • Create transparency into the progress of cross-team work through visible boards, operational metrics, forums, and dashboards.
  • Facilitate successful collaboration and communication to effectively manage cross-team dynamics.
  • Promote and educate others on best practices for effective software delivery.
  • Provide input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Five years of experience in an agile/execution role delivering technology solutions on a demanding schedule including delivery of several epics, releases and versions and application of a wide variety of patterns and techniques (i.e., multi-team planning techniques, facilitating retrospectives, dependency management, etc.) preferred.
  • Programming/development experience preferred.
  • Strong technical knowledge and a deep strategic mindset. Understanding of DevSecOps, CI/CD, and security scanning tooling.
  • Proven analytical skills and experience making decisions based on hard and soft data.
  • Strong knowledge of the business with the ability to develop and leverage business and/or vendor partnerships.
  • Expertise in advising on business priorities and maximizing value by identifying solutions that align with business goals.


What is a Must Have?
  • 2 years of relevant technology experience required.
  • 2 years of people management or team leadership experience required.
  • 2 years of Program Management in an Agile environment or related experience required.
