Senior Software Developer

• We are seeking a highly skilled Siebel Systems Developer with 10+ years of experience in Siebel technical configuration, design, development, and integration.
• The ideal candidate will have experience working with Siebel EIM/EAI, Siebel IP18+, and Siebel integration with other systems such as Adobe AEM and J2EE.
• The role involves translating technical specifications into CRM applications, troubleshooting issues, and supporting software packages in production, conversion, and migrations.

Requirement/Must Have:

• 10+ years of experience with Siebel technical configuration, design, development, and integration.
• 5+ years of experience integrating Siebel with Adobe AEM, J2EE, and other related systems.
• 5+ years of experience with Siebel EIM/EAI.
• 3+ years of experience with Siebel IP18+ with a focus on configuring and developing.
• Experience with Siebel tools software, editing Siebel web templates, and working with Siebel Business Layer objects.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to conceptualize new approaches and solutions.

Experience:

• Experience with Siebel modules such as Public Sector CRM, Contracts, Lead Candidateagement, Partner Portal, Campaign Candidateagement, Marketing, Resource Candidateager, and Public Sector eService.
• Experience with OBIEE and PowerBI report development.
• Familiarity with Siebel Open UI Architecture (Physical Model, Presentation Model) and UI integration (embedding external applications in Siebel).
• Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS, JQuery, JavaScript, and Open UI concepts.
• Proven experience with Assignment Candidateager, Business Rules, Workflow, Applets, Views, Screens, and Siebel Open UI specific classes and methods.
• Siebel certification (Siebel 8.x or above) is a plus.

Responsibilities or Duties:

• Develop and implement Siebel CRM applications, translating technical specifications into working code.
• Support ongoing Siebel application releases, enhancements, and defect fixes.
• Work closely with other technical and functional teams to troubleshoot issues and provide technical assistance during implementation and migrations.
• Candidateage Siebel integration with external systems, including Adobe AEM, J2EE, and others.
• XXgn and maintain reporting solutions using OBIEE and PowerBI.
• Coordinate defect triage calls, ensuring timely resolution of issues with multiple vendors.
• Develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new solutions for technical challenges.
• Provide post-implementation support and resolve technical issues as needed.

Should Have:

• Experience with Siebel modules for Public Sector and Grants Candidateagement is an asset.
• Familiarity with middleware and gateways is a plus.
• Experience with rapid application development (RAD) methodologies.

Skills:

• Expertise in Siebel CRM software and Siebel integration.
• Proficiency in programming languages and troubleshooting techniques.
• Strong experience with Siebel EAI, EIM, and Open UI architecture.
• Experience with relational databases and information retrieval systems.
• Familiarity with middleware, gateways, and communications protocols.

Qualification or Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Siebel development and related technologies.
• Siebel certification (Siebel 8.x or above) preferred.
