Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Data Analyst with strong expertise as an Infor Syteline CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) Administrator to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and administering the Infor Syteline ERP system while leveraging data analytics skills to support strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Infor Syteline CSI Administration:

Serve as the primary administrator for the Infor Syteline CSI ERP system.

Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Syteline modules and user permissions.

Monitor system performance, data integrity, and manage updates or patches.

Provide technical support to end-users and departments.

Collaborate with IT and business teams to optimize ERP functionality.

Data Analysis:

Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources (including Syteline) to identify trends and support decision-making.

Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Excel, or SQL.

Work closely with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Provide insights and recommendations based on data findings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst.

Strong hands-on experience with Infor Syteline CSI (CloudSuite Industrial) administration and support.

Proficient in SQL and data extraction from ERP systems.

Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, SSRS, Crystal Reports).

Strong understanding of ERP workflows, manufacturing, and supply chain processes.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
