Position Summary

We are hiring a Senior AI Developer with 10+ years of experience designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions for enterprise systems. This role combines advanced model development with real-world system deployment and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and implement AI/ML models using Python and modern ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

• Define problem statements, collect/clean data, train/test models, and conduct evaluations.

• Build scalable AI pipelines and integrate ML services into enterprise applications.

• Collaborate with data engineering and product teams to ensure model reliability.

• Monitor, optimize, and retrain models in production.

• Advise on ethical AI and data governance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years experience in AI/ML development.

• Expert in Python and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

• Strong background in statistics, optimization, and predictive modeling.

• Experience deploying models to production (APIs, cloud ML services).

• Proficient with data pipelines and ML lifecycle tools (Airflow, Kubeflow).

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred

• Experience with LLMs, NLP, Computer Vision.

• Cloud experience (AWS Sagemaker, Google Cloud Platform AI Platform, Azure ML).

• Familiarity with model monitoring tools.
