Oracle Fusion Administrator (ERP + HCM)

Please note: Traditionally the term ERP stands for the system as a whole. While that is still generally true, with Oracle Fusion they represent distinct areas *
We will be utilizing both ERP and HCM (as well as EPM); however, we need this person to have
1. Strong Fusion ERP skills and experience.
2. General platform administration skills (for updates, configs, reports, analytics, AI),
3. Troubleshooting and support skills.
4. User training skills.
5. Some additional Oracle skills such as HCM, EPM, PaaSetc.
POSITION OVERVIEW: We are seeking qualified candidates who will utilize their knowledge, skills, and abilities to serve as an onsite Oracle Fusion Administrator responsible for Oracle security configuration, integrations, custom
report development, and workflow configuration. The ideal candidate will work onsite (M-F) and will ensure the security, performance, and availability of the Oracle Fusion suite.
Key Responsibilities:
Deploy, configure, troubleshoot, and test Oracle Fusion applications.
Manage Oracle security configuration, including user roles, data access, and security policies.
Develop and maintain integrations between Oracle Fusion and other systems.
Design, build, and maintain data models and custom reports in Oracle Fusion (BI Publisher, OTBI).
Configure and optimize workflow processes to streamline business operations.
Ensure the availability, performance, and security of the Oracle Fusion suite.
Collaborate with third-party vendors and Oracle as needed.
Communicate maintenance schedules, refresh schedules, and outages effectively.
Monitor and maintain system performance and resolve issues promptly.
Document system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
Education Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science,
Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Five (5) years of overall ERP administration experience.
2. Three (3) years administering Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
3. Experience in at least one implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
4. Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to
Work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
5. Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion.
6. Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
Preferred Qualifications and Competencies (or equivalent):
Experience administering Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
Experience administering Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM.
Experience with business process workflows.
Experience with functional/technical design specifications.
Experience with data conversions and overall data management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to train internal staff.
Familiarity with SDLC, IT Change Control processes, Deployment Methodologies
and Application Server Life Cycle Management.
Familiarity with core technologies including ServiceNow and Office365.
Certification - at least 1 of the following (or equivalent):
o Oracle Financials Cloud Implementation Professional
o Oracle Payroll Cloud Implementation Professional
o Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement Implementation Professional
o Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Implementation Professional
o Oracle Cloud Infrastructure 2023 Application Integration Professional
o Oracle Cloud Infrastructure 2023 Enterprise Analytics Professional
o Oracle Cloud Infrastructure 2023 Digital Assistant Professional
o Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Foundations Associate.
