Location: Ashburn, VA
Clearance: DoD Top Secret or DHS Public Trust

We are looking for a Senior Automation Tester (SME level) who can design, implement, and lead automated testing frameworks across multiple teams. This role will be instrumental in ensuring software quality through automation and will work closely with developers, analysts, and other testers.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement robust automation frameworks (UI and API)

  • Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber, or similar tools

  • Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab)

  • Conduct performance, load, and security testing as needed

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior testers

  • Document test plans, test cases, and results

  • Ensure Section 508 compliance testing and reporting

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of QA/test engineering experience with 5+ years in test automation

  • Strong scripting/coding skills (Java, Python, or JavaScript)

  • Experience with Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, Postman, SoapUI

  • Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Git, Maven, and CI/CD

  • Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure)

  • Section 508 testing tools (ANDI, JAWS, Axe) experience preferred

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
