Mac Support Technician
Job Details
Job Description:
- Candidate with Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) Preferred.
- Should have minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Mac Support and administration.
- Should have minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in JAMF PRO (Casper suite) administration.
- Should possess Strong knowledge and understanding of MacOS concepts.
- Should demonstXX fault finding philosophy.
- Should be thorough in Installing, configuring and troubleshooting macOS Clients.
- Should diagnose Mac hardware issues and ready to provide L2 level Mac support remotely.
- Should create Jamf policies & configuration profiles in JAMF Pro (Casper).
- Should create Self Service policies and customizations.
- Should hold strong knowledge on Jamf (Casper) Scoping.
- Should create Mac application packages using Composer, Packages, etc.
- Should handle mass deployments through JAMF PRO (Casper).
- Should have experience in using Mac Terminal commands and have bash shell scripting knowledge.
- Should Possess good knowledge in ITIL Process & Practice.
