Role: System Engineer / Network Engineer

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced System Engineer / Network Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise-level IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in systems administration, network configuration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain Windows/Linux servers, virtualization environments, and cloud infrastructure.
- Configure and manage network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers.
- Monitor system and network performance; ensure high availability and security of infrastructure.
- Perform incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and preventive maintenance.
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and identity/access services.
- Implement backup, DR (Disaster Recovery), and patch management strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business applications and IT operations.
- Document architecture, network diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a System Engineer, Network Engineer, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows & Linux server administration.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco/Juniper networking, VLANs, routing protocols, and firewalls.
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and network security best practices.
- Certifications preferred: CCNA/CCNP, MCSA/MCSE, CompTIA Network+.
