Job Title: SCCM Engineer

Location: Malvern, PA (Hybrid Onsite 2-3 days per week)
Duration: Long-term Contract

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SCCM Engineer to support enterprise endpoint management and modern workplace initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows 11, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and Microsoft Endpoint Manager, along with a strong background in Windows engineering and endpoint management.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement new technologies and major releases for enterprise IT platforms.

  • Design, deploy, and optimize endpoint management solutions aligned with business needs.

  • Provide expert-level technical support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for complex system issues.

  • Develop technical standards, evaluate vendor products, and recommend solutions.

  • Manage production support, upgrades, and change control documentation.

  • Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and recommend the right tools/solutions.

  • Train, mentor, and support junior staff while resolving escalated issues.

  • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, SOPs, and system monitoring reports.

  • Participate in strategic initiatives and cross-functional IT projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years of experience in Windows engineering or endpoint management.

  • Strong hands-on experience with:

    • Microsoft Intune / Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM)

    • Windows 11 imaging, deployment, and troubleshooting

    • Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)

    • SCCM (MECM) administration, OSD, SUP/ADR, patching, application packaging

  • Familiarity with Active Directory (AD), Group Policy (GPO), Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, and Defender for Endpoint.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience supporting large enterprise environments.

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
