Required Skills

  1. Experience with developing systems via a structured SDLC methodology, including Agile.

  2. Experience with developing documentation such as BRD, FRD, Use Cases, and User Stories.

  3. Experience in developing UI/UX mockups and workflows using Visio and other design tools (Adobe XD preferred).

  4. Ability to gather and interpret information through interviews, observation, surveys, meetings, and documentation review.

  5. Experience in writing test plans, test scripts, and conducting various testing.

  6. Ability to analyze complex business processes and workflows and propose improvements.

  7. 4-year college degree.

  8. Experience creating user training manuals and conducting user training and demos.

  9. Customer service / end-user support / helpdesk support experience.
