Own the Recruitment Journey: Take charge of the entire hiring process - from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding - ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience every step of the way.

Spot Top Talent: Use LinkedIn, job boards, and networking to proactively connect with the best technical talent for critical roles, bringing in candidates who make an impact.

Partner with Hiring Managers: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role needs and team dynamics, offering market insights and tailored strategies to meet short- and long-term hiring goals.

Evaluate with Precision: Lead competency-based interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with our team values, ensuring candidates are a great match.

Build a Strong Pipeline: Keep a high-quality candidate pool ready for multiple roles, so we re always prepared with qualified candidates for current and future opportunities.

Manage Multiple Priorities: Juggle various roles and meet hiring goals in a fast-paced environment, staying on top of timelines and priorities.
