Senior Business Analyst

Apptech Group is looking for a Senior Business Analyst with in-depth experience for one of our direct clients.

The BA will focus on requirement validation, traceability, and root cause analysis in support of the Workday integration and gap resolution.

Business Analyst will work in conjunction with the project team and identify the detailed work during the engagement.

The primary goal of this engagement will be:

• Review and validate existing business and system requirements for EIC inbound/outbound data exchange (including AFRS and Workday data).
• Translate validated business requirements into clear, executable functional scenarios for the development and test team. Create documentation to support the deliverables.
• Support technical teams in performing root cause analysis (RCA) for identified EIC and Workday data or process gaps. Create and maintain the document.
• Create and maintain the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) to ensure complete coverage of requirements by test cases and validation outcomes. RTM should be current, accurate, and demonstrates that all in-scope requirements have been verified/validated.
• Create a gap analysis report and clearly document all identified functional gaps related to EIC data exchange.
• Onsite presence for 1 day in a month to collaborate with the project team.
