JOB DESCRIPTION

SKILLS NEEDED : UX writing for conversational interfaces, conversational AI platforms such as Dialogflow, Rasa, IBM Watson, or Voice, chatbots, voice assistants, and multimodal platforms

We re seeking a skilled UX Content Conversation Designer to craft intuitive, user-centered conversational experiences across chatbots, IVR systems, and other AI-powered interfaces.

In this role, you ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and optimize conversation flows that align with brand voice, user needs, and accessibility standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design end-to-end conversation flows for chat, voice, and multimodal interfaces, including IVR systems.
  • Write clear, engaging conversational content that reflects the brand voice and enhances user experience.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define and implement conversation strategies.
  • Use data, user research, and usability testing to iterate and improve conversational experiences.
  • Define intents, utterances, and response logic for AI/NLU systems.
  • Establish and maintain conversation design standards, documentation, and best practices.
  • Champion accessibility and inclusive language in all conversational content.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in conversation design or UX writing for conversational interfaces.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing work across chatbots, voice assistants, and multimodal platforms.
  • Proficiency in writing natural, human-like dialogue with excellent editing skills.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and accessibility standards.
  • Experience with conversational AI platforms such as Dialogflow, Rasa, IBM Watson, or Voiceflow.
  • Familiarity with usability testing, user research, and iterative design processes.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative, and ambiguous environments.
