Job Details

Role: Marketing Analyst
Location: Remote
Duration: 6+ Months
Rate: $25-$30/Hr. W2

Requirements:
3 5 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or marketing analytics
Proven experience working with external agencies or vendors
Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and priorities
Proficiency with tools such as Excel/Google Sheets, project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Smartsheet), and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

Core Expectations:
Act as the key point of contact for external agency, ensuring alignment and smooth execution of marketing workshops
Manage and track marketing budget asks across multiple teams, consolidating requests and providing visibility to leadership
Develop and maintain a weekly reporting cadence that surfaces key insights, blockers, and milestones
Drive program management for special projects by gathering stakeholder inputs, defining timelines, and ensuring accountability
Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance cross-team collaboration
Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes clearly and proactively to relevant stakeholders
