Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated DevXP Training Program Coordinator to manage and support a variety of developer-focused training programs, including Build the Builder, iSecure, Risk Champions, Secure by Design, Secure Code Warrior, and more. This role requires close collaboration with DevXP resources to ensure high-quality learning content and self-guided courses are published and maintained in Workday Learning.

The ideal candidate will combine strong communication, project management, technical writing, instructional design, and UX skills with a passion for software engineering and cybersecurity. Experience in building self-guided content using Articulate 360 and/or Articulate Rise is essential.

This role involves working with diverse technology domains, facilitating stakeholder engagements, managing the requirements lifecycle, conducting both quantitative and qualitative analyses, and delivering solutions that range from minor enhancements to complete application development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage DevXP-led training programs across multiple domains.

  • Collaborate with DevXP resources to design, publish, and maintain self-guided courses in Workday Learning.

  • Apply instructional design principles to ensure content is clear, engaging, and effective.

  • Facilitate large stakeholder groups to gather requirements and feedback for training content.

  • Conduct structured analysis and problem-solving using both qualitative and quantitative techniques.

  • Support development and enhancements across various solution domains (web, data, transactional, packaged applications).

  • Leverage Articulate 360/Rise to create interactive learning modules.

  • Maintain documentation and ensure all content meets cybersecurity and software development best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Instructional Design, or related field.

  • Strong experience in instructional design, technical writing, and UX for learning programs.

  • Experience with Workday Learning, Articulate 360, and/or Articulate Rise.

  • Background in software engineering or development; familiarity with cybersecurity principles is highly preferred.

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and project management skills.

  • Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholder groups and manage multiple priorities.

  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills across various technology domains.
