Min 11+ years of experience

Tracking, handling, and resolving escalated issues at a program level by working with client stakeholders

Consolidation and publishing of program level metrics to provide transparency on the status of epics and features

Acting as the single-point-of-contact in periodically communicating an epic s status to client stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

1. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate seamlessly with agile teams, peers, and senior client stakeholders
2. Creating content and presenting to client leadership stakeholders with minimal oversight
3. Experience in implementing TDD/BDD, Kanban, XP in addition to other scaling frameworks like Spotify, LeSS, Nexus, etc.
4. Strong leadership and managerial skills to guide and motivate teams.
5. Experience in managing multiple projects and teams.
6. Ability to delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8. Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
9. Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders.
10. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
11. Experience in developing and implementing program plans.
12. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
13. In-depth knowledge of program and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
14. Experience with program management tools and techniques.
15. Understanding of program architecture and design principles
