Contract Review Specialist Contract US-based Remote
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and interpret SaaS customer contracts for financial terms and obligations.
- Identify discrepancies, risks, or inconsistencies in contract details.
- Collaborate with the Finance team to document findings and recommend actions.
- Ensure accurate data entry and reporting related to contract reviews.
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong financial background with experience in contract review.
- Proven ability to read and interpret SaaS customer contracts.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in financial acumen and data accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Sales or Billing Operations, or equivalent knowledge.
- Familiarity with cloud-based business models or SaaS industry practices.
