Skills
- Associate's Degree with over 2 years of customer service experience.
- Proficient in handling high-volume processes and adept with Microsoft Office applications.
- Flexible to work weekends and overtime when required.
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and software.
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and follow-up abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
