- Are fluent in Figma (including design systems and tokens), prototyping tools, and Agile workflows.
- Can bridge design and development, bonus if you re familiar with HTML, CSS, React, or Angular.
- Are comfortable designing for multiple platforms (web, mobile, voice, AR/VR) and thinking about how systems scale across them.
- Use both qualitative and quantitative insights (A/B tests, analytics, usability studies) to inform your work.
- Have experience in design ops and can make a distributed team run smoothly.
- Stay curious about emerging tools and methods, from generative AI to spatial computing.
Nice to have:
- Experience with enterprise-scale SaaS or multi-brand ecosystems.
- Background in AI-assisted research, competitive benchmarking, or growth-driven design.
- Contributions to open-source design systems or community-driven design initiatives.
- Public speaking, writing, or case studies that share your design process and learnings.
