Responsibilities
- Lead the development and support of technology solutions to advance broker and sales business domains.
- Collaborate with a team of developers to design and build solutions that enhance product sales.
- Develop and maintain APIs and Salesforce interfaces using Java and Kafka.
- Define, analyze, and prioritize business and technical requirements.
- Implement monitoring solutions and logging practices to ensure system reliability.
- Conduct code reviews, perform unit testing, and partner with QA for quality assurance.
Skills
- Extensive experience in full stack development with strong Java programming skills.
- Proficiency in Kafka and API development.
- Expertise in SQL, specifically with Oracle or SQL Server.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, and deployment pipelines.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities and production support experience.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud platforms and end-to-end application building.
- Familiarity with MuleSoft.
- Background in Agile software development practices.
