RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Maryland Heights, MO that is seeking a Project Manager.

Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Project Manager III to lead critical initiatives within our internal applications portfolio. This role will manage a suite of business-critical tools. As a Project Manager, you will work closely with stakeholders, engineers, and cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of key enhancements, platform standardization, and migrations from on-premise to AWS.

Key Responsibilities:
* Own end-to-end project lifecycle for enterprise internal applications
* Lead stakeholder meetings to gather requirements, set expectations, and align timelines
* Participate in scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, retrospectives, planning) - this is not a Scrum Master role but requires Agile experience
* Coordinate application releases, deployments, and integration testing across teams
* Track team capacity, allocate resources, and manage risks to ensure on-time delivery
* Drive clear and consistent project communication across business and technical teams
* Manage project artifacts via Confluence, SharePoint, and Microsoft Project
* Understand and align projects to the technology framework - including CI/CD pipelines, on-prem to AWS migrations, and platform standardization
* Support retrospectives and continuously improve delivery processes
* Maintain ownership over portfolio visibility and reporting to leadership

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of experience in project management, ideally within enterprise IT
* Proven experience managing business application projects + portfolios, particularly for workforce enablement
* Strong understanding of application functionality and deployment lifecycle
* Familiarity with CI/CD, cloud environments (especially AWS), and application hosting concepts
* Comfortable managing diverse stakeholders and working in Agile environments
* Strong communicator with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language
* Ability to manage complex projects end-to-end across multiple applications
* Highly adaptable - able to adjust to shifting priorities, technologies, and stakeholder needs

Proficiency in:
* MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
* Microsoft Project
* SharePoint
* Confluence
* Jira

Preferred (Nice-to-Have):
* Basic SQL knowledge
* Experience using Postman for API testing and integration understanding

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
