Job Title: Senior IT CX Product Manager
Location: Hybrid in Coppell, TX

We re looking for a strategic, guest-obsessed Senior IT Product Manager to lead the design and delivery of connected experiences across digital and in-venue platforms. This role is ideal for someone passionate about optimizing every step of the customer journey from mobile to POS to in-store interactions and bringing cohesion to a multi-channel environment.
You ll own the end-to-end product lifecycle and partner cross-functionally to elevate the full customer experience in a fast-paced, tech-driven, and highly collaborative setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Champion the full customer journey by connecting the dots across mobile, web, kiosk, POS, and physical experiences
- Translate user insights, business needs, and technical requirements into a unified product roadmap
- Drive product lifecycle from ideation to launch delivering seamless, guest-facing experiences
- Collaborate with UX, technology, marketing, and operations teams to prioritize features that improve guest engagement and satisfaction
- Own the initiative and feature backlog; ensure alignment with key business dates and goals
- Leverage data, testing, and analytics to continuously improve product decisions
- Define and monitor KPIs to measure product success across the journey
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful delivery
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and discovery sessions to uncover user pain points and opportunities
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of product management experience in hospitality, entertainment, retail, or consumer-facing technology
- Proven success designing and delivering omni-channel customer journeys across physical and digital platforms
- 3 5 years translating strategy into scalable, guest-facing product solutions
- Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, and/or SAFe methodologies
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, MIRO, Figma, and Lucidchart
Nice to Have:
- Certifications such as CSM, CSPO, or SAFe
- Experience with POS, kiosk interfaces, or digital check-in experiences
