We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Quality Engineer to join our rapidly growing team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality for our medical devices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality engineering, with a focus on medical devices, and will be confident in using NCR, Complaints, Root Cause Analysis, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will be at the heart of our operations, and your responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing all quality engineering activities related to the design, manufacture, and testing of our medical devices to ensure they meet all necessary quality standards and regulations.
2. Conducting thorough root cause analysis on any quality issues, identifying the underlying problems, and implementing effective solutions.
3. Utilizing NCR and Complaints processes to manage and resolve any quality issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
4. Leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement in our quality engineering processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing effective solutions.
5. Collaborating closely with other teams, including design, manufacturing, and regulatory affairs, to ensure that quality is at the heart of everything we do.
6. Providing expert advice and guidance on all matters related to quality engineering, acting as a subject matter expert within the organization.
7. Keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in quality engineering and medical device regulations, ensuring that our processes and practices remain compliant and cutting-edge.

Job Details

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in quality engineering, with a specific focus on medical devices.
3. Strong experience with NCR, Complaints, Root Cause Analysis, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
4. A deep understanding of medical device regulations and quality standards.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to identify and resolve quality issues effectively.
6. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams across the organization.
7. A commitment to continuous improvement, with a drive to constantly improve our quality engineering processes and practices.
