Required Skills:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- Salesforce Certified Developer (Platform Developer I or II)
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- 7+ years of professional Force.com platform experience.
- Platform: APEX programming, Lightning Components, Visual Force pages, Classes, Controllers, Triggers, Data Loader, AppExchange, Web Services, Components, Custom Objects, Workflows & Approvals, Dashboards, Reports, Analytic Snapshots, etc.
- Proficient working with Process Builders and Flows.
- Proficient in Lightning Experience and Component Building
- Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Gearset or Copado, and version control systems like Github / Git
- Demonstrate strong Salesforce functional and administration skills.
- Salesforce architecture and integrations with 3rd party applications.
- 7+ years of relevant IT experience in system analysis, design and development.
- 7+ years professional experience in application/software development. Ability and experience integrating with outside platforms via REST APIs and Web Services.
- Proficient knowledge of Governor limits and experience in optimization of existing code in accordance to the governor limits
- Knowledge of Force.com development best practices and design patterns
- Ability to identify and triage task importance and prioritize accordingly, while communicating resource allocation and constraints
- A fast learner with excellent project management skills who is confident, responsible, and likes new challenges
- Highly organized, flexible in a changing environment, deadline driven and able to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Knowledge of testing tools and techniques to write scripts and set up test environment for development and Integration environments
- Ability to work independently to meet project requirements with minimal supervision
- Ability to present ideas and information in group settings
