Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls promptly
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times
- Manage visitor logbook and issue visitor badges per safety and security procedures
- Schedule appointments and assist with managing the online booking system (e.g., Magnet)
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
- Assist in ordering office supplies and liaising with OneTeam for replenishments
- Provide support with catering orders for meetings and events
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties as needed

Required Skills:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle unexpected situations proactively and efficiently
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Experience with online booking systems (e.g., Magnet) is a plus
- A customer service-oriented mindset
