Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst with expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud, OmniStudio (formerly Vlocity), and a strong background in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, driving the successful implementation and optimization of Salesforce Health Cloud to improve patient engagement, provider experiences, and healthcare outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders in pharma and healthcare verticals.
  • Collaborate with product owners, solution architects, and technical teams to design and implement Salesforce Health Cloud and OmniStudio solutions.
  • Design end-to-end workflows using OmniStudio tools like OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards.
  • Translate complex business processes into clear and detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Support configuration and customization efforts across Salesforce platforms, with a focus on pharma-related use cases such as HCP engagement, patient services, care management, and compliance.
  • Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and propose scalable solutions aligned with industry best practices.
  • Lead workshops and demos for stakeholders to gather feedback and validate solutions.
  • Ensure solutions are compliant with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.) and align with pharma compliance (e.g., GxP).
  • Provide UAT support, training documentation, and go-live readiness planning.
  • Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, Health Cloud advancements, and evolving pharmaceutical industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on Salesforce Health Cloud and OmniStudio/Vlocity.
  • Proven experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare domain including patient journey mapping, specialty pharmacy workflows, or HCP engagement models.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem, including Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud (a plus).
  • Hands-on experience with OmniStudio components: DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, OmniScripts, FlexCards, and Calculation Matrices.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR) and compliance frameworks.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams, clients, and executive stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies, user story creation, backlog grooming, and JIRA/Confluence.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Health Cloud Consultant, OmniStudio Developer, or Administrator are preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working on pharma commercial models, patient support programs, or field force enablement.
  • Familiarity with integration tools and APIs.
  • Understanding of data privacy laws and compliance specific to healthcare and pharmaceuticals.
  • MBA or relevant domain certification (e.g., Clinical, Pharma).
