Title: Project Manager (Medical Devices & New Product Development)
Duration: 12 Months

Description:
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Provides analytical support in Project Management under minimal supervision.
Supports the Project and Program Review meetings including information gathering across all projects, meeting operations, and manage minutes and actions
Collaborate with cross-functional team members to create and execute Project Plans in accordance with established New Product Development polices and processes.
Proactively participates in processes and makes recommendations for system refinements within the Project Management Office.
Support Planning Sessions as documentation lead and/or workstream lead. Performance Management
Interacts through program and/or project updates and reviews with all levels of management.
Drives use of Project Management Methodology throughout projects.
Administration
Maximizes business results through continuous improvement in organization's ability to execute projects and programs from initiation to completion and production scale-up. Qualifications
Knowledege of Quality Systems
Must have the ability to correctly complete high school-level mathematics.
Must be able to read and follow detailed written instructions and have good verbal/written communication skills.
Must be able to read, write, and converse in English.
Advanced MS Office Skills
Good interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment.
Must have the following personal attributes: integrity and trust, work ethic, sound judgment, intellectual honesty, pragmatism, courage and conviction.
Must display personal accountability for results and integrity.
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline preferred; with experience in at least one of electronics, optics, injection molded plastics, software, requirements definition, or testing preferred.
Applied knowledge of FDA and international medical device regulations or experience with other highly regulated industry would be preferable
Certification in Agile methodologies, like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM); Project Management certification (PMP), preferred.
