In this role, you will lead, motivate, and empower teams to deliver innovative features while maintaining engineering excellence for Adobe 3D & Immersive (3D&I). Join a growing Business Operations team and work hand-in-hand with an agile software development team focused on delivering high-quality products to empower the next generation of 3D creatives. Adobe 3D&I is one of the fastest growing teams at Adobe-our work empowers 3D creatives all over the world! We are looking for an exceptional Program Manager to support a super motivated team of engineers, product, design, researchers, sales, and marketing partners.

What you'll do

  • Lead all aspects of program management for Adobe's 3D&I and our cloud apps ensuring the right features are developed and delivered on time and with the highest quality
  • Partner with product, engineering and design leads to prioritize and maintain development backlogs
  • Create project plans and drive delivery to milestones and requirements
  • Drive day-to-day progress of programs and projects while keeping teams informed and engaged at various levels of management
  • Coordinate with cross functional and cross team dependencies
  • Identify potential risks, proactively mitigate the risks, and remove roadblocks
  • Effectively handle changes, partnering with your colleagues to ensure the right decisions are made at the right time, appropriate communication occurs, and plans are thoughtfully adjusted to reflect necessary fluctuations in goals and requirements
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously and juggle many competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Be comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-moving and rapidly evolving environment.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Minimum of 5 years' project or program management, engineering and/or related experience in software, software as a service (SaaS), and/or a related industry
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to use analysis to drive
  • A self-motivated, execution-oriented individual with strong process and metrics focus
  • Have a passion for the best practices and improvement of process and collaboration to increase efficiency. Ability to drive the changes in a global, matrixed organization across several continents and time zones
  • Have a positive and energetic approach, welcome changes and challenges, with a strong bias for action
  • Ability to "read" an audience, engage with them, and encourage action
  • Be a strong relationship builder-including earning trust with partners and leveraging your network
  • Experience in Agile, Lean, and/or Scrum methodologies

  • Experience with creative industries, ideally in 3D and immersive technologies is a plus
  • Delivering or working on early-stage/v1 products is a bonus as well

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $123,400 -- $224,100 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
