Job Description -

<>Genesys Cloud CX Architect,</><>This role is hybrid in the Des Moines, IA area </><>Client: AThene</><>The Genesys Analyst position will oversee and manage all aspects of the implementation and ongoing integration of Genesys Cloud CX for the organization. This role serves as a core member of the technology team, optimizing the use of Genesys Cloud to address business needs in the contact center and improving productivity at the individual, team, and organizational levels.</><> </><>This role is hybrid in the Des Moines, IA area. We are not considering remote candidates at this time.</><> </><>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</>
  • <>Lead the design, development, and implementation of omnichannel workflows (e.g., IVR, web chat, chatbots, email) within Genesys Cloud Architect. Manage the deployment of additional Genesys Cloud modules, including Voice of Customer surveys and Knowledge Center, coordinating with IT staff and third-party vendors.</>
  • <>Analyze business requirements to determine system configuration needs, estimate project timelines, document designs, and support production deployments effectively.</>
  • <>Collaborate with API and Data Engineering teams to ensure seamless data integration using REST APIs.</>
<> </><>EXPERIENCE:</>
  • <>Hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX Architect, specifically in IVR development and working with AI-based technologies.</>
  • <>Familiarity with software development practices, source code tools (e.g., GitHub), and Genesys Terraform/CX as Code.</>
  • <>Experience designing, developing, and supporting various Genesys Cloud CX features, such as call recording, transcripts, Knowledge Center, Voice-of-Customer Surveys, and reporting tools.</>
  • <>Expertise in leveraging RESTful APIs for data integrations and a clear understanding of authentication protocols (Oauth, SAML).</>
