Our major banking client in the Pittsburgh region is seeking a Transformation Coordinator to join their team.

Local candidates only. 5 days onsite.

No sponsorships.

Contract to hire contract not to exceed 1 year, likely conversion after 6 months

Job Overview:

The Transformation Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Transformation Office (TO) by providing analytical, administrative, and operational support. This individual will be responsible for tracking transformation initiatives, analyzing business processes, coordinating project activities, and ensuring effective communication across teams. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work across multiple stakeholders to drive enterprise-wide change.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, or administrative support in a corporate environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reporting, and process improvement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word) and project management platforms (Planview, JIRA, or similar).
  • Advanced MS Excel skills; Ability to utilize pivot table, macros, and data visualization functions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Adept at the creation of executive level presentations.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience in enterprise transformation, business process reengineering, or change management.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Lean, or other process improvement methodologies.
  • Experience using visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) for reporting and insights.
  • Certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Prosci Change Management are a plus.

Principle Activities and Duties:

Business Analysis & Reporting:

  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for transformation initiatives.
  • Support data-driven decision-making by gathering, analyzing, and visualizing data from various business units.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, best practices, and benchmarking related to enterprise transformation.

Project Coordination & Support:

  • Assist in the development, monitoring, and execution of transformation roadmaps and action plans.
  • Maintain project documentation, including charters, timelines, risk registers, and status reports.
  • Support cross-functional teams in coordinating transformation initiatives and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and working sessions to drive collaboration and engagement.

Administrative & Operational Support:

  • Manage scheduling, agendas, and follow-ups for the Transformation Office and members of the Transformation Leadership Council.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership updates.
  • Assist in maintaining budgets, forecast, planning documents, and procurement for transformation-related initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, policies, and best practices.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:

  • Serve as a liaison between the Transformation Office and business units to ensure clear communication and alignment.
  • Assist in the development and distribution of newsletters, status updates, and other communication materials.
  • Support change management efforts by creating training materials, guides, and other documentation.
