Our client is currently seeking a Technical MMIS Senior Business Analyst, and this position closely aligns with your expertise in project management, technical documentation, and your ability to bridge technical and business domains. Position: Technical MMIS Senior Business Analyst
Location: Reston, VA (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and interpret MMIS technical documentation (e.g., system design docs, interface control docs, traceability matrices) for completeness, consistency, and Medicaid alignment.

  • Participate in system design reviews and technical discussions, offering insights grounded in MMIS and Medicaid expertise.

  • Evaluate requirements traceability and ensure proper linkage across design, development, testing, and deployment.

  • Support test strategy assessments (UAT, end-to-end, integration), identifying coverage gaps and priorities.

  • Contribute to data conversion and migration efforts for modules such as provider, member, claims, and prior authorization.

  • Translate complex technical information into actionable insights for stakeholders.

  • Apply understanding of Medicaid and CMS requirements within the MMIS framework.
