RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an IT Operations Analyst in Saint Louis, MO.

Summary:
The IT Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the financial operations of the department across all functions including engineering, product management, corporate applications, security, cloud operations, and technology operations. Key Tasks:
* IT Operations Analyst will support an enterprise cost model for technology department
* Track status against the annual departmental budget across all expenditures
* Identify and help resolve issues relating to the operation of the department
* Supports departmental project time tracking and works with leaders to update budget forecasts monthly
* Perform duties as the technology liaison to accounting, including reconciling budgetary discrepancies, expense tracking, and investigation of coding questions
* First-line invoice routing and coding for accounts payable invoices for the department
* Maintain the Divvy Card system for the department enabling the automation of routing for vendor-specific credit card payments
* As an IT Operations Analyst, you will partner with the team to analyze and report out on the operational health of the department, including thought leadership for optimal representation of KPIs
* Supports the team with aspects of departmental planning, goals alignment, events, and other tasks as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:
* An Associate's degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Data Analysis, or applicable experience in a related field is required, while a Bachelor's degree in these fields is preferred
* 0 to 2 years of experience with a focus on data analysis, accounting, or operational responsibility in a high-tech environment
* Basic understanding of data analysis and associated software tools
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
* Critical thinker with the ability to recognize risks and opportunities
* Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
* A self-starter and capable of strategic thinking and effectively working with leaders across internal and external partners; To support the responsibility for departmental finance and budgeting, a background in operational roles is preferred
* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Experience in ed-tech or the e-learning industry a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
