Programmer Analyst (Microsoft Stack / Oracle Backend)

Type: Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire Possible
Reports To: IT Director
Summary: Client is seeking multiple Programmer Analysts to support its branch-specific operations across the U.S. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with Microsoft stack development, proficient in debugging and maintaining applications, and capable of working with Oracle databases to ensure robust daily financial and operational reporting.
Responsibilities:
Debug, enhance, and maintain applications built on C# and ASP.NET.
Work with Oracle (PL/SQL) to support back-end operations, including daily financial reporting (P&L).
Troubleshoot and resolve bugs that impact system performance and data flow.
Collaborate with cross-functional branch and headquarters teams to ensure smooth operations.
Contribute to new development efforts as needed within a Microsoft-based environment.
Support custom reporting via Hyperion and Tableau in coordination with internal teams.
Handle daily or near-real-time financial data validation across Client s distributed branch network.
Required Skills & Experience:
3 7 years of experience with Microsoft technologies:
o ASP.NET
o C#
o HTML/HTML5 (UI/UX front end)
Strong experience with:
o PL/SQL
o Oracle databases (Stored Procedures, etc.)
Familiarity with Linux and ability to work in hybrid tech environments.
Basic understanding of Hyperion or Tableau (not mandatory, but a plus).
Experience in financial systems or enterprise reporting environments is preferred.
Strong problem-solving mindset; ability to act as a programmer and functional QA.

Technically solid but collaborative not just a pure coder but someone who can see the bigger picture.
Strong communicator who can work independently while coordinating across branches.
Background in large-scale enterprise environments, ideally with daily/weekly reporting cycles.
