RESPONSIBILITIES:
A client with Kforce is seeking a Marketing Manager IV to join their team in Mountain View, CA.

Overview:
The right candidate will have a demonstrated track record of driving impactful full funnel paid social campaigns that deliver strong ROI, manage a large paid media budget and optimize campaign performance with actionable insights to achieve business results. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven ability to analyze campaign data and translate findings into actionable strategies. Responsibilities include strategy, execution, performance and reporting of paid social campaigns as well as managing two employees. This individual will partner with internal teams and agencies to deliver strong ROI for the TY25 tax season.

Key Tasks:
* Manage and optimize communications paid social campaigns across channels including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snap, Reddit
* Manage and optimize paid content syndication campaigns across Taboola and Outbrain
* Oversee full funnel paid social campaigns and partner with AOR to drive engagement, traffic, lead generation, conversions and ROI
* Manage eight figure paid media budget
* Plan, prioritize, and manage A/B tests, conversion lift studies, incrementality tests and other experimentation initiatives to validate hypotheses and drive continuous improvement

REQUIREMENTS:
* A degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or related field
* 7-10 years of experience in an agency or corporate environment, consumer or tech preferred; Working directly in paid social
* Proven experience in social media advertising platforms, such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads manager, Snap Ads manager, etc.
* Exceptional communication skills (both written and spoken)
* Strong ability to turn data points and analytics into actionable insights to optimize campaign performance, and to summarize key information for senior leaders
* Passion for all things social media and analytics; Must have experience and fluency in Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snap and an early adopter of emerging platforms
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Proactive self-starting approach and hunger to learn
* Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and successfully, prioritize effectively, and navigate high-pressure situations
* Ability to formulate an informed POV and clearly articulate it to key stakeholders
* Demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate across a broad range of stakeholders

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
